Indian Overseas Bank — amount debited but fees not credited to college

My name is sanjay singh s/o saudan singh
Mobile no.[protected], which is registered with bank

I make a transaction amount rs 1410 /- via debit card online payment 1 and half hour before, but it is not credited to beneficiary till yet
But amount is debited from my bank account, please complete the transaction or refund the amount same in my bank account.
