I have my savings bank account at Loyola College IOB, Chennai. Lately, there has been frequent ATM falied transactions which are not at all rectified despite repeated complaints.

IOB Loyola College branch, Chennai has very poor grievance redressal system and very poor customer support. The branch manager and staff of the branch are rude and impolite in their behaviour.

Sbi, sivaganga atm failed to process.But debited rs.4500- from my account-[protected]-trheni -allinagaram branch on[protected]. till date the amount is not reversed.but the same day transaction failed case reversed one day after rs-2500-

Amount debited by my debit card while i used my debit card on swipe machine on 3 January 2017 seven times but retailer asked me that his account is not credited. i saw his transaction detail amount was not credited to his account my account no. [protected] so please refund my amount.
