Indian Overseas Bank — amount refund - regarding

I had need to recharge my jio number, so i linked my indian overseas bank account to axis pay application, asked for a recharge but the money has been debited and the recharge is still not successful till last month 28.[protected].there is no response from this bank and customer care consecutive..kindly take action and refund my money as soon as possible.

Dear team, I am account holder having a/c [protected] named Md Asif Alam in noida branch, in IOB, I have lost my debit card PIN & unable to visit the branch.Request you please issue the same ASAP or advise the correct solution.
