Indian Overseas Bank — Atm not issued

I was opened iob savings account on[protected].and i cannot got a passbook immediately, i got the passbook on nov 06.then i applied mobilebanking and net banking, these are properly issued to me then i am applied the atm card on dec 22.
The staffs of iob are telling you get the atm card within 10 days via post, then after 12 days i went to iob branch but still i can not got atm card so quickly issue the atm card to me help me
