Indian Overseas Bank — Banking Transaction

I have got my refund back from Hopscotch.com amounting Rs. 2198 on 23 Dec 2016 but it's not showing in my Account, I have tried to contact IOB officials they are saying its a technical error and will be resolved in 15 to 20 days but till now there is no revert back. I have also got the ARN no from Hopscotch i. e. 74332746359635878143520
Please help me out
