I am facing problem on festival.

My problem is not resolve by bank from 4/nov/2018.

I am contact by email
. I sent 3 times mail. Not response

I am contact landline no.
[protected], but not resolution.

I am contact customer care no [protected], given other no.
[protected]

I am also contact [protected]
5 times contact them told my money return tomorrow, why suffer for my money on festival.

Pls resolve my problem today now.

I am facing problem in festival, i had 2 online transaction on date 4/nov/2018 23.13 and 23.15, but not transfer to transit a/c and amt 8000 each transition, total 16000 hanging in your tehniqual issue.

I have not any positive response.

Pls solve my issue on urgent basis.
