I have already given complaint letter to iob nileshwaram branch, kasaragod district on more than one month back.
amount 440/- debited on[protected].. 5:23pm thru my debit card from iob.
unfortunately due to technical problem money not received grand tejas shop.

please credit the same amount immediately

jithin4achu's response I have an saving Account bank and I have transferred Rs 50000/- using IMPS on 7th april 2017 at arount 3.16PM(ref:no[protected]) to Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got message that it timed OUT and status shows in my Netbanking as Transaction suspect .Either initiate the Tranc or refund the money into the account. Please Look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible From jithinlal n.s kodungallur

While i'm transferring amount Rs 50000 thousand on 07/04/17 from my account unfortunately the transaction ha been timed out also the cash has been deducted from my account.(Transaction Ref: No.[protected].The amount is not yet credited back to my account since four days.
