Indian Overseas Bank — Deduction of amount from the account without producing ticket(IRCTC site) | |||
Dear Sir, I Md. Athar Hussain, bearing account no. [protected] at the Gachibowli Branch of Hyderabad, tried to book rail ticket twice from the IRCTC web site on 25th December, 2016. An amount of Rs. 1860 and 805 deducted from my account without generating any ticket. I waited for 10 days, thought the deducted amount will be credited to the account but not happened so. I lodged a complain at the concerned branch on 10th January, 2017 by giving an application, then also the amount not credited to the account. Almost one month is to be completed still I am not sure of the amount. Yesterday when I contacted the Branch Manager, he told me to redress the matter to this platform. In addition to that I, have another complain regarding the credit of amount after the cancellation of ticket. I cancelled a ticket on 20th Dec.2016 and an amount of Rs. 510 had to credit to my account, which has not been credited yet. I have paid BSNL bill Rs2035/- through netbanking on[protected]. The transaction failed but the amount debited.
