Complaint: Transferred an amount of Rs. 20000/- to another Indian bank account via IMPS service. While transferring, the transaction was timed out. But the money of Rs. 20000/- was debited from the account ([protected]). and it was not credited to the beneficiary also.

I am in urgent financial need. Kindly refund the money to the IOB account as soon as possible. Also attached is the debited status of the transaction.
