Indian Overseas Bank — loan against pension

My name vijayan r roll no. 45022, opp no 26268, i am discharge from services. Now i received pension every month. I asking pmps loan to branch (Poothakulam) more than 2weeks but the manager not give me proper replay more than days i going and coming back the bank.
Last she said can't give the loan as my risk
What wil be do sir
Please give me replay

My mom going to withdrawal our Money in she is account.. cash counter exicutive officer mistaked to given our money rupees 1000 withdrawaled amount was 4900 but.. they ..gived...only 3900 ...1000 mistake .that officer please action it immediately. .
