Indian Overseas Bank — loan is not settled by branch

Dear Sir,

With reference to our loan account no. [protected] in the name of Rajender Prasad Nagar and Kapoor Devi

I have taken auto loan of Rs. 5 Lacs on dated 17.2.2011 and the bank has made 60 equal EMI of Rs. 11000/-against the loan

As per EMI fixed by bank the total amount to be paid of Rs. 6, 60, 000.00 ( 11000*60) but I have paid more amount of total EMI

and secondly The Bank also charged the interest against wrong entries made by bank, detail of wrong entries is given below :

whereas i have inform to bank many times in writing to correct my account but I am not getting any positive response from branch
