Indian Overseas Bank — need cash

Dear sir,
As i am withdraw the cash on 17 jul 17 in my native place (Podaturpet-631208). That time i have withdraw the cash rs.10, 000 only (Like 4000+6000). After that i have checking in my a/c, the amount will be debited extra 4000. I. E (4000+4000+6000). Totally 14, 000/-. So 4000/- will be debited extra. Still i have waiting for recash amount 4000/-. Still i have not yet received the 4000/-;
