I'm not receiving any otp to my mobile number while trying to transfer funds or while trying to generate new password. My IOB

Even the department customer care people are not responding to my calls. I tried calling them more than 30 times, everytime i hear a busy tone. I connected once with customer care and asked me to visit the branch. I also visited the branch and withdraw Rs. 200 as guided. But it didn't help.
Please help to activate my mobile number linked to this account
