Indian Overseas Bank — not getting refund as pending at my branch

I m not getting my refund amount as pending at my branch (Panbazar, guwahati)

Here i m giving details as which e - mail i got as proof my amount is in pending at my branch. Please help me.

Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount.
