Indian Overseas Bank — Not refund my fund | |||
Hi My account number is [protected] ifsc code ioba0002447. I purchased materials from amazon using atm card on[protected] The vendor has returned by way of refund on 31 may 2017, to my account with iob. These amounts have not yet been credited to my account. I requested to refund the amount to my bank account and i received a mail stating that it will be refunded within 7-10 days, its been almost 30 days but i didn't get any refund. I have attached a screenshots of invoice receipt, payment made through debit card and cancelation notice. I have received a e-mail from them I received an escalation that you're unable to locate your refunds of rs. 799.00 on your order #[protected]. I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to find these refunds for this particular order. To help you with this, i've checked the details and can confirm that the refund has been successfully processed to your account which you've added to your amazon.in account. These amounts should have been credited to your account by now. I had started in may 2017 two medical for that i require cash in hand and working capital, bhuj and oslo br not helped
