Indian Overseas Bank — Not refund my fund

My account number is [protected] ifsc code ioba0002447. I purchased materials from amazon using atm card on[protected]

The vendor has returned by way of refund on 31 may 2017, to my account with iob. These amounts have not yet been credited to my account. I requested to refund the amount to my bank account and i received a mail stating that it will be refunded within 7-10 days, its been almost 30 days but i didn't get any refund. I have attached a screenshots of invoice receipt, payment made through debit card and cancelation notice.
