Indian Overseas Bank — "payment failed" to passport portal was not credited | |||
Ref my sb a/c [protected] in your patuli. Kolkata branch Dear sir, I am to inform you that on 18/1/16 an amount of rs.1199/- was debited from my account against the application charge for passport. But when i checked the status, payment failed was shown along with a statement that the amount would be credited in my account within 7days. After that period i went to the manager and submitted a written complaint. Unfortunately i being a senior citizen with increasing forgetfulness, forgot the whole matter. Now when i need a passport, i suddenly remembered the case. Most probably this was a mistake from your side also. The said money should have normally credited in my account.
