Dear iob management on jan 23 2017 i have ordered an item in PAYTM with2548 rps after few minutes i cancellled that item, after that cancellelation PAYTM has directly sent that amount to my bank account in iob instead of PAYTM WALLET, this is happend on jan 23 2017, but till now my amount [2548] has not credited in my bank account[IOB] .after few days i claimed a complaint against PAYTM but they replied that"we have already sent your amount to your bank account, it may take 7 wrkng days to credit that amount "PAYTM said like this but today is the 20 th day of this process . Dear iob management i request you to please make sure to credit my amount[2548] in my bank account as quickly as possible because it is already late .
