[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank — Refund not received in my bank account | |||||
I transacted using my IOB debit card online on a merchant named PhonePe with transaction id:[protected]VID028889O100217 for an amount of 1000 rupees, but somehow the transaction was failed and money was refunded by the merchant, but it was not received in my bank account. The merchant also shared the reference number for the refund. The Reference number generated from PhonePe payment gateway is ARN(Acquirer Reference number) as: 74766517045706419131694. please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 27, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After complain the bank refunded my amount in 2-3 days. Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
