Indian Overseas Bank — refunds not credited into my account

I am m. Jyothsna holding a sb account no.[protected] in andhra loyola college branch, vijaywada. I mostly use this account for net banking. When i used this atm card through online few transactions were failed but the amount has been deducted and few we're refunds for the returned products. But i am not receiving any kind of refunds to my bank account even though that has been initiated by the website. I visited the bank several times regarding this issue but no use. Hence i request you to kindly re-create the amount into my account as soon as possible hoping you are customer friendly. Kindly do the needful.

My name is k.lakshmi I ordered book in Amazon on December 15 2017 then I cancelled that order amount of rs.68. They refunded the amount but it was not credited in my account till now.m y reference number 118088.Already 25 days was over but still I didn't get my amount.please credit the amount
