Verified Support May 14, 2018 Indian Overseas Bank Customer Care's response Madam, If you didn't received Pin Mailer yet, kindly contact your branch and submit a request to Reset your Pin and opt for Green Pin. Immediately after resetting your Pin, you can generate OTP and set Green Pin without waiting for Pin mailer.
