Indian Overseas Bank — regard online transaction

Respected sir
I have an account in your bank at iob nagaura with a/c no [protected]
All the kind of sms verification of any kind of transition has been sent on my registered no that is [protected].. But when i am trying to do an online transaction the otp has been sent on my old no.. I have complained it thrice but all in vein..
Please resolve it as soon as possible so i will be able to use mobile banking apps and be a part of digital banking process..

I have made a recharge of 399 through iob mobile app accidentally selected wrong operator but amt is deducted wen I vl get refund amount

I submit my net banking filled form on 2 jan 2019 but they are not yet give any email for getting login. I am still waiting as per respect in in banking & its good Operation.
