Indian Overseas Bank — regarding not accepting of rs 10 coins | |||
I am TIRUVEEDHULA .NAGA RAJU. I am the customer of the Indian Overseas Bank –Ramavarapadu Branch, Vijayawada-Andhra Pradesh.With the Account no:[protected]. Dear sir I went to the IOB to day[protected] for deposit the amount RS 6, 400/- Denomination of Rs 10 coins 640. But the cashier not accepting the amount to deposit. Iam ask her why your not accepting madam. She reply to me my head office ordered don`t accept the 10 rupee coins . Then I ask her please can you give any written order letter, regarding this issue . then the cashier says we don`t give any letter to you. Dear sir RBI give announcement regarding this 10 rupees coins issue previously, all the 10 rupee Coins are accepted in the all banks . But IOB bank not accepting the 10 rupee coins . so please check and resolve my issue as early as possible . I Hope that you will consider my problem . I have using IOB bank SB account AC No: [protected]. Yesterday (07/10/18) night was debited for ₹1000 amount in my account. Hence I visited to branch office to check for that. But not providing correct reasons for same. Kindly help and resolve the same. I must want to know the details and refund ..
