Indian Overseas Bank — rude behaviour staffs

All the staffs in avinashi road peelamedu branch, coimbatore are behaving very rudely to their customers. One old lady has complained the staff for not responding to her and went out during office hours. The old lady questioned about this and the staffs started treating her badly saying that she doesn't have any rights to question the staff. They made her cry infront of everybody. Is this the service provided by a government bank for the customers? Nobody expect this kind of service.
