Mr. Dev, senior person concerned for passing the dd, not keeping customer the priority, kept me waiting for half an hour to 'pass the dd' and forward it. Extremely slow on computer and rude behaviour. Sheer inconvenience caused not only to me but two other as well. Another person was made to wait for 2 hours. Regretting to have a bank account in this branch with aman kumar as bank manager. Others workers are doing a commendable job though and greeting everyone with a smile inspite of sheer work pressure.

When i withdraw 10000 rupees from IOB ATM loyola college branch nungambakkam but the transaction was canceled due to insufficient funds and i go to take mini statement it shows i withdraw 10000 rupees at 2:23 pm but inever get my money
