Indian Overseas Bank — un-clearance of cash

This is my kind information please, i have used TAMIL NADU MERCANTILE BANK ATM (south veli street - madurai) dated on 29/07/2017. I didn't recive the money (rupees - 3000) instead of that i have recived the message as "CASH NOT AVAILABLE" in the ATM slip.
i have given the complaint letter to the INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK( madurai south) Manager dated on 31/07/2017 about the particular problem mentioned above.
i have provided the copy in which the money has been debited.
please note if we fail to recive the payment within 15 days form the date of the letter we shall be obliged to pass on the matter to our legal advisor at your risk and cost.

My account was freeze with out being informed and the person was being lazy and made me do 2 -3 rounds and in the end did not do the work, my account does not have any loan or emi which get deducted or any problems in 6yrs and it does have a balance still it's being freeze
