Indian Overseas Bank — Unable to convert the iob rewardz points into mobile recharge | |||||
Dear sir, I have a sb a/c with iob chokkikulam (018) madurai br. I have a total of more than 4000rewardz points in my iob rewardz a/c, as on date and when i tried to convert 1000 points out of the above to recharge my mobile phone for an equivalent amount of rs. 250 there was a pop up saying that i did not have enough points in my rewardz a/c and i should contact iob customer care! My complaint to V. Narayan, Assistant general manager, Indian overseas bank Customer service department, Central office, chennai-600 002. Has not received any response. Air .I have used canara bank atm on 29/05/2017 .During transaction the atm switched off due to power cut.But i received the message that i had debited the amount ₹3300. But i not received the money.So i request you to kindly refund the money
