Indian Passport — Not Received

I have applied for my passport with file no GU[protected] on 1st Aug and got my police varification done on 7th Nov, the report came back for signature to SP office and was sent with the signature again on 2nd Feb. Everything has been done and I have not yet received my passport and the status still shows police varification pending at your repective thana
