Respected sir,
I tried to book a ticket on 8th july 2016 for a journey from new delhi to jhansi station with irctc's official site, unfortunately during the transaction process some error occurred and the booking couldnt be completed. But an amount of rs.982 was debitted from my account through net banking. When i tried to get the train no. From the site i was shocked to know that its not even in the failed transaction list. Account number [protected]
Please do something to initiate the refund process.
