I took a kinley water bottle on train 17310 departed from vasco on 12th march 2018, which mrp is written ₹15 but railway people charged me 20₹ saying that this is the cost. If want to buy then buy. I think this should not be happen, they are charging excess amount just because people need have no other option and even that train was late on that day, so these is compelete fraud .
