[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Account has been suspended. | |||
This is my ticket ID from IRCTC care [IRCTC #5429452]. I got Id on 23rd march. From few days my account is not working in IRCTC. I have planes to travel but I am not able to book the ticket. I hope some budy will help me here I like to travel by IRCTC but i am faced with a problem. Resolve this as soon as posible. Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 28, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved When i maild to care@irctc they not responded i got only auto generated mail. but after giving complaint here I got humen generated mail. and i dont know why the help line numbers never pikup by any persons but we got charge for call. We want change in IRCTC help line. exept that train service is good. and one more i not seen Garbage boxes in all compartments. it causing plastic on tracks middle where no budy go to cleen.
