I am traveling from BADNERA JN to KALYAN jn on train no12102 Date 19/02/2018.train will be late 1hours. Train arrived at 8.00 p. M. I will catch train. I will traveling 1ac coach H1 B cabin. I will call to coach attendance and catering service provider for food order so many times. But not single time attend by any service provider. RAILWAY DEPT promise to passenger to provide best services. IRCTC will be fail to provide it's. I realize today IRCTC is BOGUS catering and Services Corp. Ltd.
