Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — amount being deducted from account but ticket not been booked

I booked a train ticket in 15004 (Chauri chaura express) on 14.03.2020.
However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used internet banking to pay. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.
