[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Amount debited from my account but ticket not booked | |||||
Dear sir/Mam, Please resolve my issue, on 14th dec'16 I booked tickets from my login id (shashi1164). From ndls to Vaishno Devi & return journey. on that time i have done three transaction. During booking NDLS to SVDK successfully booked and amount debited 1166.50/- on[protected] at 22:04 hr) During booking of return ticket : 1. first time amount deducted but ticket confirmation not done and ticket not booked due to some technical error.[protected] at 22:19 hr) 2. Again I tried from initial stage and successfully ticket booked and amount deducted.[protected] at 22:29 hr) but in first case my ticket was not booked and also payment is not credited back to my account. Amount is still not refund. I also mailed to IRCTC having ticket Number : [IRCTC #4566284] [14-12-16 at 23:36 hr]- auto generated mail received from the same : but further no response came. again i reply on[protected] at 20:15 hr) then the generated new ticket number [IRCTC #4574517).
