[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — amount deducted but the ticket nt booked and its been 3 days but the amount is still not refunded | |||||
I booked ticket online from bct to kota on 10th nov. Date of journey is 11th dec. The ticket amount was 6490. Train name is ndls durronto. The payment was done but the error msg popped up of ticket not booked. I mailed irctc regarding this but i am only getting automated response even their phone numbers are always on busy mode. Its been 3 days and i have not heard from them neither my amount is refunded. I am attaching the pic of payment settled and ticket not booked image. Please help in getting the amount refunded.
