Sir, i have booked a tatkal ticket from irctc website but after paying through m visa my balance from the account was deducted and the error failed sign showed on the screen even when the 71 tatkal seats were available. Kindly see to it and please refund my amount of 535.84. The amount transaction number is [protected] from my dbs account please help me further. I need either whole amount or the confirm ticket.
