[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — amount deducted from account but showing ticket payment pending from bank end and ticket also not booked | |
I have booked an online ticket from irctc next generation eticketing system and paid from my husband's debit card, amount paid through the bank as i got a message from bank but when i saw booking status it is showing the "payment is pending from bank end". The page does not show any tickt details, it seems that my tickt did not get booked. What i should do to get get my ticket booked or get my money returned?
