IRCTC — Complaints against irctc Respected Sir/Madam, I was booking a Rail sway ticket from using my net banking account, but I was not successful. After that I checked my account there were reduce my balance of RS. 4821/- I am trying to calling irctc's helpline number but there is no response. what should I do.
