Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — amount not refunded from irctc | |||
I tried booking train tickets on irctc website on 04-aug-2019. Amount has been debited from my account, however there was an error displayed while redirecting back to irctc website from idfc bank site. Transaction id: [protected] Total amount displayed on irctc: 1481.96 inr Total amount debited including transaction fees: 1, 493.76 inr Bank: idfc first Its been almost 20 days still amount has not been credited back. I formally raised a complaint with irctc and they are saying amount has not been received as settlement failed. Simultaneously, i raised a dispute with bank, but as per them amount has been settled to irctc. I am not sure what needs to be done in this case. Very unfortunate that neither bank not irctc taking responsibility. Kindly refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
