I travelled by train 12510 from Howrah to Krishnarahapuram on the 9th/10th July. My PNR is [protected] and my berth was S-7, 58. The train was over crowded like a refugee train. at the time of boarding at 0045 hrs I could not even reach my berth easily as passengers were sleeping on the aisle and by berth was also occupied. the toilet was in bad condition obviously when a compartment meant for 72 passengers were occupied by over 150 passengers. this continued until I arrived at KJM. Pantry caterer was overcharging for food and water. e.g water bottle price Rs 20 against the standard price of Rs 15.00. food packet labled price was Rs 45 and being sold at Rs 50 at the stations. in the night I had to share my berth with a reservation less passenger. in a nutshell it was like travelling in a general compartment.

I am not interested in refund but this bad service by IRCTC has to stop. pl do not overload passengers in compartments and maintain a strict watch over vendors authorized by you.
