I tried to book a ticket from nzm to bdts on 29/nov/2018 ticket was not book but the amount of rs 1033.23 got deducted from my account on ticket charging rs 1005. I got the message from the irctc.co.in that ticket not booked transaction failed due to the declined transaction by bank. Its been around 4 days nothing have been initiated by the bank. I have ordered chicken biryani, pantry boy is misbehaving on top of that money recieved for biryani by third man, pantry boy was not available over there.food quality is poor and pantry people are not showing there menu card for confirming the rate of chicken biryani.
