Hi,
I cancelled my ticket which was booked on January 4 2022. Didn't get refund yet. I wrote to their customer care twice- thrice. Every time they are making excuses and says they have given credit instructions. And every time a new ticket is creadted. No refund. Last email from them was saying due to some technical issues, the payment is delayed. This happens every time when it is about a refund. Previously also I had bitter experience with IRCTC for my refund. They do lot of timepass making excuses. Mainly the last email will be saying technical issues. Last time also it took more than a week to get the refund. And I got my refund after registering a complaint here.
