I have cancelled my 3 tickets but amount not credited in my account. Its showing sent to bank from 13 days.

I did not get refund in my bank account. The ticket was automatically cancelled on 27 March, 2020. The refund status is showing: SENT_TO_BANK. But I did not get the refund. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
