The wrong ID which I put in my irctc registration is [protected]@gmail.com but my original correct ID is [protected]@gmail.com I apologize for entering wrong email id and support me to change the correct id or change by yourself. I have cancelled the ticket of the journey new delhi to lucknow having pnr no. [protected] on 21st june 2018. The refund status at the irctc website shows that the money has been refunded. but there are 22 days passed but money not credited to my bank account till now.
please resolve my problem .
