I booked tickets twice in waiting list and both times my tickets were cancelled in waiting list due to no seats available n they charged me 120/- (60*2) this is disgusting i want my money back. My pnr no is [protected] and [protected]. I need a full refund. This is always an issue with the railways why do they allow so many waiting lists if they are likely to get seats or make alternate arrangements i want my money back or i will take it much higher. Give me my money back

I am doing online tatkal tickets from above 5 years but now I am facing lot o[censored]n nessasary disturbance while booking I was already verified Aadhar person and it asking to verify next moment when I try to verify answer comes u r already verified I am not understanding these cheap tricks to drag on our time please clarity

Website is confusing a lot old version is good
Today i have booked talkal ticket in irctc but it doesn't showing my transaction details so i have booked 2 tickets and i received text messages for that now i have to cancel one ticket but its not showing anywhere???. what shall i do now??
