Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Charging money even for non confirmed waiting list train tickets | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked 6 train tickets to travel from Madurai to Chennai on 6th November 2016. And I paid Rs.1890 for my booked tickets. My PNR number is [protected]. All tickets got cancelled by IRCTC, because of non availability of seats. So, they gave refund amount Rs.1530 and remaining Rs.360 has taken by IRCTC. Even without confirmed tickets charging this much amount is not at all fair. Here, I lost my time as well as hard earned money. I hope will get justice soon and also will punish IRCTC for looting this much money from public. Was this information helpful? | |||||
