Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — complain about not refund of money on failed transaction.

I had done a transaction on[protected] from ndls to bpl in bhopal shatabdi express having train no. 12002 but transaction was failed and the amount had not been refunded till now. The ticket was booked under the name nikhil tyagi. I have also attached the letter from the bank and a photo of page having transaction id. The amount is rs1653.53, so i kindly request you to please look into the matter.
