I had booked 2 tickets for 2 senior citizens i.e. my parents from Hathras Jn to Howrah Jn and return journey in 12312 Kalka Mail on 18.03.2017.
But I did not get the concession for senior citizens as I have got previously.
I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in thrice and called on the landline numbers given on the irctc website.
But I have received no response either on mail or on phone (either it is busy or no response).
Plz. Help.

I am BASUDEV CHOUDHURUY From odisha .I am new agent of irctc.The booking time of AC or sleeper time 10 am or 11 am.At the time of booking time.error showing in screen . Tatkal incoming day booking not allowed before 10.30 For AC OR 11.30 FOR Sleeper.Please Waht i do solve this.What problem please say.

The refund amount has not been refunded in my bank account whose Transaction Id is [protected] and Pnr no is [protected] and the date of journey is 12/3/2017 and the date of booking is on 20/2/2017.so I kindly request you to refund the amount as quick as possible.
