Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Cost of food in train no 22416

I am a passenger of train no 22416. I need to report that the pantry is charging their own charges for food
I.e
Breakfast- 50
Lunch- 100
Dinner-100
Even though IRCTC has published the rates for food online. Please look into this matter with urgency as this has been going since a long time. When I ask for a rate card they say that it is not available or can't get it now.
