Hi support team,
I have booked a tatkal ticket from rsr
To szm for Saryu Yamuna express (train no. 14649) on 13th oct,
2016 and date of journey was 14th oct, 2016.
For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
Status is turned to cr registered, but the
Amount is not refunded yet.
Please let me know what i
