I have booked from ernakulam to udupi the money has been deducted from my bank but but the irctc website shows that it is pending from the bank i have neither got a message of refund nor booking has been completed i have been trying to contact irctc but they are helplines seems to be busy i have already sent an email but no one has responded to it.
